When you call, you speak to an actual person (The sweet lady I spoke to was named Allyson). They get you on the schedule quickly and make you feel like a priority. Second, when the technician comes, they take their time. I’ve used them for the past two years and both technicians Kyle Brady (Service/Sales Manager) and Camryn Gordon have been professional and gave good, sound advice. Was happy they could fit me in the same day. I called 3 or 4 companies before running across Georgia Climate Control, and the young lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Kyle came out earlier than I expected and got me up and running. My air went out July 3, 2025, and we had a sleepless night. The reason I didn't give a 5 ⭐, the part that acts like a battery, the capacitor, was a little pricey $212 and $88 for a little Freon, after I had gotten Freon last year. Overall, Kyle got the job done in about 15 minutes. Will I use them again? Yes! Will I refer them to others? Yes!

GCC was awesome! They were referred to me by a friend, and they didn't disappoint. The Service Manager Kyle came out within an hour of my call for service. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained our situation and options thoroughly. They were also sensitive to my concerns regarding COVID safety, and wore masks the whole time. They were even able to replace our broken unit the same day, and stayed late to make sure everything was done properly. Their service and professionalism was refreshing compared to previous encounters with HVAC companies. I highly recommend Georgia Climate Control!
Edited 9/2024: We had GCC back out because our unit had stopped cooling. Thankfully, it was just a clogged drain tube. As always, they were extremely responsive, friendly, and charge a fair price! I cannot recommend them enough!
