I want to take a moment to thank Randy Shorter with Georgia Climate Control for diagnosing and repairing my AC unit. We have had multiple companies come out and they couldn't determine what the problem was. It hasn't worked properly for several years. I called Georgia Climate Control and they immediately sent Randy out. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. And not to mention he's quite the Dog Whisperer! He was here about an hour and was able to diagnose the issues and explain to me what needed to be done. Randy came out today and completed the repairs in a timely manner. From this point forward, Georgia Climate Control is who I will contact for all my HVAC needs. So if you are reading this review and are considering using Georgia Climate Control, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Randy Truly Went Above and Beyond
Randy came highly recommended for his excellent work—and he did not disappoint. From start to finish, he was punctual, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. After servicing our AC unit, I reached out a few hours later with concerns that it still didn’t seem to be cooling properly. Randy promptly called me back and offered to come by again after his last job, even though it meant driving an hour and a half through a sudden rainstorm—late in the evening. He showed up with zero frustration or urgency—just kindness, professionalism, and a clear commitment to making sure everything was working as it should. The issue turned out to be related to the extreme weather (over 95 degrees that day) and the age of the system—not his work. Still, he took the time to double-check everything for both our peace of mind and his own. Randy truly went above and beyond. His dedication, honesty, and work ethic are exceptional. We highly recommend him!

When you call, you speak to an actual person (The sweet lady I spoke to was named Allyson). They get you on the schedule quickly and make you feel like a priority. Second, when the technician comes, they take their time. I’ve used them for the past two years and both technicians Kyle Brady (Service/Sales Manager) and Camryn Gordon have been professional and gave good, sound advice. Was happy they could fit me in the same day. I called 3 or 4 companies before running across Georgia Climate Control, and the young lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Kyle came out earlier than I expected and got me up and running. My air went out July 3, 2025, and we had a sleepless night. The reason I didn't give a 5 ⭐, the part that acts like a battery, the capacitor, was a little pricey $212 and $88 for a little Freon, after I had gotten Freon last year. Overall, Kyle got the job done in about 15 minutes. Will I use them again? Yes! Will I refer them to others? Yes!
